Four-sided truss
The “Constructive” system, or simply "Con", is a lightweight steel truss with a square,
triangular or rectangular cross section and a plastic coating. They can be used to create
original, neat spatial frameworks for the design of exhibition stands or sales premises.
It can be an excellent framework for mounting banners, lighting equipment or simply
decorative elements. Radius elements in system adds additional possibilities in designing
of constructions. There are truss solutions with built-in fluorescent lighting. It is possible to
supplement the metal frames with panels made of chipboard or other materials, shelves
and other structural elements. The vast majority of the system in metallic silver color are
permanently available from stock.
Conditions
The 2420 mm high L-post is a pipe construction with a cross-section of 60x30 mm and consists of a vertical post welded together with two rows of perforated slots along the entire height and a lower horizontal beam with adjustable supports. Slots are used to install various hanging equipment: shelves, hanger brackets, rods, hooks, panels, etc. The rack can be fixed to the wall using special brackets U 117.
During the assembly of the frame, the racks are connected to each other with the help of ties U 100, U 102 or U 103, two ties for each opening. The standard sizes of the openings of the system (650 mm, 1000 mm and 1200 mm) are ensured by the corresponding length of these screeds. Brackets U 117 have special grooves that allow you to compensate for wall irregularities during the installation of the frame. Adjustable supports make it possible to compensate for uneven floors. It is possible to install chipboard podiums on the lower horizontal beams.
