Order formation procedure

Orders are accepted by our managers or designers at the main office in Kyiv or at the representative office in Dnipro.

You can order by phone or through the website.

The main office of the company in Kyiv and the representative office have a "show-room" where samples of our products are presented. Our managers will provide all the necessary advice and explanations, help place the order.

The order can consist of standard elements or formed from non-standard designs according to an individual project. In the latter case, the design project of individual structures or the development of the object as a whole is previously developed. The design project is agreed with the customer.

After approval of the design project, the composition of the order and its cost, as well as receipt of the subscription, the order is transferred to production. From this moment on, any changes to the composition of the order become impossible.

Preliminarily, design documentation is developed, necessary materials and components are purchased, after which the order reaches the production sites.

If the order consists of standard products that are in stock, the previous step is not required.

Finished products go to the Central warehouse, from where they are shipped to the customer (self-delivery), or they are sent to the carrier or the customer.

Finished products are released only upon full payment of the order.

Consultations

You can get any advice on the nature and nomenclature of our products, as well as the services provided, from our managers at the central office in Kyiv or at the regional representative office.

You can also get information from the managers about the availability of ready-made products in the warehouse, the terms of order fulfillment.

Design project

By ordering a design project from our company, you will be able to combine your wishes and our technical capabilities as much as possible. You will get a visual idea of ​​how your store, stand or structure will look like.

In the future, you will receive author support at the design, production and installation stages of the order.

You can familiarize yourself with the works of our designers in the "Gallery" section. Our design studio is located in Kyiv, in the central office of the Nika company.

Order payment

Payment is made on the basis of the issued invoice by non-cash settlement.

It is also possible to pay in cash through the cash desk in the central office.

Prices in the price list are indicated in hryvnias with VAT, subject to pickup.

Attention! To start the order, at least 50% advance payment is required, subject to final approval of the order composition. The goods are released only upon full payment.

After transferring the order to production, changes in its composition are not allowed.

Terms of execution, production, delivery of products.

The estimated release date is determined for each order separately at the time of its launch, and is also pre-specified in the specification and invoice. It depends on the composition and volume of the order, the current production load, the availability of standard products in the warehouse.

Our production base is located in the suburbs of Kyiv — in the village of Mykhailivka-Rubezhivka. It is there that the Central assembling warehouse is located, from which the products are released. At the representative office, the goods can be obtained from the representative office.

Shipment of finished products is carried out only upon the fact of full payment and issued primary documents (expense invoices/acts).

Delivery

Delivery in Kyiv to the customer's address is carried out by the company's transport. The services of porters are not provided, the customer unloads the goods from the car himself.

When ordering delivery to the address, please agree on the date and time. To do this, after the finished order arrives at the warehouse, a representative of our delivery service will contact you.

The cost of delivery includes the cost of packing, loading the goods and depends on the distance and volume of the order.

Delivery to the carrier. We send goods by carrier to any city of Ukraine, with the exception of occupied territories and war zones, and abroad. Packaging in cardboard and delivery of goods to the carrier is paid additionally. Carrier services are paid by the customer and are not included in the price of the order.

Pickup. The order can be obtained, with a pass, independently from the production warehouse.

Small orders can be delivered to the central office and to the regional office. In the representative office, some types of goods, if available, can be obtained directly from the warehouse.

Assembling

At the request of the client, we install the equipment manufactured by us. Professional workers will install the equipment in your premises. You can order this service when placing an order.

The advantages of this option are obvious: no time is spent on getting to know the design features of the products, on determining the necessary accessories or fasteners, the order of assembling the equipment, etc. There is also the possibility of prompt response in case of detection of certain deficiencies.

The "Collection" service is usually provided together with the "Delivery" service. In this case, the equipment is unloaded by our installers.

The cost of the "Assembly" service is determined according to the complexity of the installation and the volume of the order.

Guarantees

The warranty for our equipment is 12 months from the moment of its receipt by the customer.

During the warranty period, we eliminate all defects free of charge, if they are not related to violations of the rules for operating the equipment. The time to eliminate defects depends on their nature, but does not exceed 10 working days.

We do not neglect the client even in cases where some items were broken or damaged due to carelessness or overloading. We carry out repairs, but the service in this case will be paid for.

For issues of warranty service or elimination of various defects, you should contact your manager at the central office or at the office of the regional representative office.

We also provide clients with advisory support, if necessary, dismantle or reconstruct equipment.
