Wall perforated profile

The "Universal Wall" system consists of a special aluminum profile, which can be used as a base for a typical variable hinge of the "Universal" system. "Universal Wall" is mounted instead of a standard vertical wall construction profile during the installation of plasterboard walls and partitions. The grooves, which are present along the entire height of the profile, serve as a basis for installing various attachments: brackets, shelves, rods, knots of bars, hooks, etc. The profile is offered with sticks 2 m, 3 m, 4 m and 6 m long, anodized or with a polymer coating. "Universal Wall" racks are installed exactly vertically in one plane. To ensure compatibility with the attachment of the "Universal" system, the distances between the axes of the racks must be 645 mm, 995 mm or 1195 mm, which corresponds to the standard clearances of the "Universal" system of 650 mm, 1000 mm and 1200 mm. The hinge is mounted either directly in the special perforated holes of the racks, or on the nodes of the bars U 112, U 113, U 114 or U 130, U 131, U 132, which, in turn, are placed in the same perforated holes. The space between adjacent racks is filled with plasterboard. It is also possible to install chipboard panels.
