Racks and screeds

Racks and screeds are the basic elements of the "Universal 60" system. They create a frame for various attachments. Racks made of a pipe with a diameter of 60 mm have four-sided perforation, brackets, rods and other hanging equipment are installed in the slots of this perforation. The racks have two versions of the lower part: version 1 - for adjustable support, version 2 - for mounting on a stand. Three types of supports are used: for the L-shaped rack (У60.030) and for the T-shaped rack (У60.040, У 60.041), the octagonal support У60.050, which is the basis of single racks. Standard clearances of the system (1000 mm and 1200 mm) are provided by the length of the screeds. Ties U60.091, U 60.092 connect the stands together. Tie bars (U60.101, U60.102 and U60.111, U60.112) connect the posts themselves. In addition, they can be the basis for installing hinged brackets or hooks of the "Universal" system. All types of racks allow you to install chipboard, mirror or perforated metal panels in the space between them. Racks can be attached to the wall using special brackets.
